Missing of my car during service

Hello Sir!

I am Ashok Kuchhal R/o Padaw Mohalla Samalkha, Panipat, (Haryana), (India) cell no (09416018659) owning a Maruti Wagonr lxi (Reg. No. 60A4151). I had given my car to Harisons Automobiles, Panipat for changing the front mirror on 5th Aug. They fixed 7 th August as the delivery date to collect my car. But till date I am not in reciept of my car. I have been regularly visiting Harisons Automobiles Office since sunday. But they are not giving me any concrete answer about my car. Please help resolve my case. I have also lodged a complaint on your toll-free helpline.

Plz take suitable legal action against Harisons Automobile and help me recover my car at the earliest as I am facing a lot of inconvenience.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
