Delay of delivery

Sir, i have booked maruti estilo lxi, dusky brown on 2nd of august from automotive showroom nagpur, and commited to pay remaining amount on 12th of august. But for some reason we went to pay on 13th for which we informed our agent. But when we reached we have been told that the car booked for us was sold to other person on 11th as we could not pay on 10th as told to them by agent (which was 2 days earlier than my comitment). Now they say the projected despatch from company got delayed which was on 12th, we wil get our car 8-10 days after despatch. What is truth behind this. Similar instance happened to our neighbor shortly from same showroom. I want my car soon. Milind wanjari, car was previously booked on my fathers name chandrashekhar v. Wanjari
