Fraud & criminal negligence in selling company car to us

Dear sir,

I am a used car dealer in gujarat. I had purchased a vehicle swift vdi having registration no. DL 1N 3101, taxi passing registered in name of Ichibaan Automobiles pvt ltd - Budget rent a car. Sir, its been almost 7 months, but still i have not received the original papers along with the noc from Delhi rto to valsad rto, Gujarat. Sir, i am tired of talking to them, but to no avail. I am forced to file a police complain & also criminal case against the company CEO.

Sir, please help me in above matter.
