Cancellation and refund of airticket

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had booked a airline ticket from Srinagar to Newdelhi for GoAir airlines and the flight was sheduled to depart at 11am on 07/Aug/10.

But due to daring carffeu we couldn't arrived at airport at the deparature time, The carffeu was in huge coverage and all the road, traffic and public areas were banned and Art-144 had been implemented at all public sites due to carffeu. Since Almost all airlines were being cancelled from Srinagar but GoAir flight no G8-151 was on time and was ready to deparature, We tried extremely to arrive at airport but as there were all road and traffic points are banned we couldn't able to arrive at airport.

So we tried to cancell the ticket by calling to the call center but we had to stay on line for a long time due to rush in the call center, afer a long time one executive picked up the call and said that ticket can't be canelled as the depart time of flight is within 4 hours. We tried for help from both GoAir and Yatra but nothig proper and valid response we got yet. Since we're calling to Yatra call center whole day, no one is providing proper resoulution to us.
