Share transfer to my dp

Sir,

as my wife has expired, there are some share which has to be transferred in my dp but because of my name differ in nomination in bank and my name in shse securities my shares are not being transffered in my account. i am requesting my icici bank to transffer it but they are giving these excuse of my name difference. as my bank is saying that cdsl is not accepting it .so kindly transfer my shares to my dp. as my pan card is same in both nomination and in dp so there is no use to make difference in both. so kindly do as soon as possible and do oblidge. my dp id: sandeep s desai a/c no. 1201800000368147 skse securites ltd
