Dear Sir,

It is to bring in your kind attention that I had a very pathetic experience today (16-08 at 1:38 PM) with one of your distributor/ Petrol pump dealer (The Nineteenth Hole Service Station- Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg, New Delhi- 110003) at New Delhi.

The actual cost of purchased petrol was Rs. 2705 however the sales executive charged Rs. 3170 from my debit card. When I asked him to validate/cross check the same, he was bad mouthed & ill-mannered. Rather then being apologetic, he dared me to lodge a complain against Indian Oil and mentioned that is how we do operate.

This was a terrible experience and a set back from a renowned company like IOC.

The cash memo receipt No. of above said authorized service station is 6789 where the total amount is Rs. 2705 & the debit card slip's Sale batch no. is 002939, Ref. is 000000029569, APPR code - 849516 and the total false deducted amount is Rs. 3170.

Kindly look into the matter & rectify the illicit & malpractices involved at the above said service station.
