Renewal of Car Insurance

My Car insurance got expired on 5th May. The renewal link got never updated to allow me to buy and renew my insurance. Its been 2 and a half months since i have been playing ping pong with ICICI lomard customer care. I have more than 100 email conversations.

I have a hyundai santro that i kept for my parents usage. I am in Oman. I still try to call their customer care that takes for ever to reach to any agent.

I have spent more than 10 thousand rupees just to be in queue to speak to their customer care. And have more than 100 email conversations. I emailed to their quality assurance, however i got nothing from there.

I would request to the decision makers of ICICI lombard to shut down their shop and dont cheat people like this. Or have some quality in customer care.
