Delivery not on time by Dealer after repai

Hi i am Amit, I've given my maruti wagon R to Competent automobiles on 23rd July'10 around 1500hrs and i was commited to get my car on 25th july, i was harresed at the time of delivery & even i've to call police for that. Above all mycar was not deliverd to me on the commited date, because of small work pending on it.the dealer said the mechanics are going this will be done next day morning, so u come next day for delivery we will not ask our mechanic to work on ur car today. For the half hour work i was made to come next day instead of making their mechanic work extra half hour.

This shows who is more important???
