I had booked a Polo around 5 months back when I was promised delivery of the car in 6-8 weeks. I still do not have the car. The car dealer in navi mumbai has harrassed me in every manner possible. In fact I am tired of following up with each and every process. It is as though I am doing the dealer some favour by buying this car. All the enthusiasm has died down of owning a volkswagen, it is the worst experience in car buying I have ever experienced. I did not expect that the world renowned car co could have such low customer satisfaction policies.kindly, let me more how much more car buying trauma I still have to take.
