Failure in delivery of cylinde

I am ms.ravishankar mycustomer no.47382 for indane gas, I have booked the gas two months back ie before divali till today, I hav not recieved the supply. Every time i keep calling them they say they will send it immeditely but so far i have not received the supply. This is very bad on their part so i would like to lodge a complaint on them.
