NON SATISFACTORY SERVICE

Sir,

I have purchased honda - dio no - MH 02 - BU 3835. on 30/ Aug / 2010.from IDEAL MOTORS KANDIVALI BRANCH. Kindly sought out the following problems.

1) For start & kick start. both are not working from day 1st of purchase.after 3rd service also problem in not soughted out.

2) Average problem is there. It only gives average of 30 - 32 km / ltr. Dealer had promised for 45 - 47 km / ltr.

My request is to give me replacement with the new one orelse refund the money.
