Wrong Route

On 25th November BMTC bus route no. 294c, plying between Shivajinagar and Agara took a right turn immediately after the railway overbridge near clarance school. The regular route is to go straight towards Richards park and touch Davis Road before entering Hennur Main Road. This happned at 11.15 am near Clarance School.

The three crew members of different buses I had talked to are not aware that there is a BMTC telephone complaint number. The BMTC complaint numbers are not displayed in the buses and the number given somewhere in the website (12550) is not working.
