Dated 14-06 - I called Idea packers and movers and inquired about shifting my vehicle from bangalore to chennai. They said Rs 3000 will be charged and after negotiation they reduced Rs 500. Employee Bhaskar guaranteed the delivery on 15-06. So I asked him to come and collect the bike as there was door to door delivery service. He came and collected the bike and money. Suddenly he put an hidden charge saying some tax and charged me Rs 2800 which I refused to pay and finally I had to pay Rs 2600 were I was told over phone as Rs 2600.

Repeatedly I asked Bhaskar whether my vehicle will be delivered on time or not. He guaranteed me that it will be delivered on time that is on 15-06. I called him today 15-06 and inquired about my vehicle. He said it will come in the evening with doubtfulness.

I called another guy from Idea packers and movers his name is Dilip kumar Agarwal and inquired, he said I will get it tomorrow only that is on 16-06. When I told that I am supposed to get my vehicle today he rudely answered that I will get it tomorrow only. And when I said I will take legal action he dint even bother he just said do whatever you want Sir you will get your vehicle tomorrow only in very rude manner.

These companies which follows unethical business their licenses has to be cancelled.
