I would like to start my mail by saying i feel sorry and very disgusted on myself that i took this wrong decision of buying a HYUNDAI car.

I purchased an i20 Asta 1.4 Diesel E3 (Vin No. MALBB51SR9M065899) spent 6, 87, 000/- on 10th July from K.C.HYUNDAI, JAMMU... i am not a first time car buyer and i come from a family which had been keeping and driving cars even before cares were being manufactured here in India... but never in the history of my family and relatives I've heard that you buy a car and even after four (4) months of buying i can't get my car registered because the company hasn't till date submitted the papers/documents to the concerned RTO... i fail to understand how a company which talks on customers and boast on satisfaction can be so illiterate on getting the proper paper work done...

I have been running from pillar to post to get my car registered but till date have not been able to do so.

Have spoken to the dealer who says wait for 2-3 days will be done it's been 4 months... the manager of the dealer says where you have waited for so long please wait for anther few days something will come out soon... Hey what are we waiting for?

Have even spoken to the Regional head Mr. Balvinder who seems to be too busy taking/attending meetings but can't get to solve a problem i wonder who appoints people like that... Today on 30th Nov i drove to the showroom where i had made the biggest blunder of my life buy purchasing the car Parked the car inside gave the keys to the manager there, Mr. Ashwani... he failed to talk and give any response but was too excited to see where i had parked the car. WOW talk about the company. Same time called Mr. Balwinder who gave me a reply that, "I AM IN A MEETING BUT STILL TAKING CALLS BUT THIS MATTER IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE DEALER PLEASE SORT IT OUT THERE".! what kind of reply was that...

I have left the car their at the dealer M/s K.C.HYUNDAI, JAMMU... i want the full refund of my money if not I'll take everybody responsible for making my life hell... i can't drive the car as it's not registered and if i do have to pay fine at every doorstep and BEG not to compound my car. It's a shame for me that i have to be stoped and pay bribes to policemen and traffic personal not to issue any challan or compound my car.
