Motor claim not settled since 15 months

My vehicle ascent viva crdi DD 03D 1239 met accident and IFFCO Tokyo insurance claim no. 1-BBNUM2 st 02/07, we asked for total loss which insurnce company denied and repair order was given by surveyor Antony Bose mob 0924146816 and Manager Mr Anuj 09925139449 has not replied since 6 months and have closed the claim without our notice also surat office mr sanjay no reply. Hope strict action n my loss of mental peace n harassment is payed off. Now as the Vapi Divine hyundai showroom has incurred 4.5 lacs repair cost wherein the insured value is 4 lacs, this mess was made by surveyor n insurance co. But today they dnt reply.

Hope my application been taken seriously n solved or I have to for the consumer forum court, hope it solves so that I m nt again in vain n pain.
