Accidental claim

I ajay Kalosiya had insured Tata Indica-DLE car in IFKO-TOKIO General Insurance Company Ltd. When I reached from Mandsaur to Neemuch on 31 August my car was struck by a truck container. I got repaired my car in Landmark Motors, Ratlam. Landmark Motors gives an estimate of 1, 81000/- Rs. approx. for repairing but at the time of final billing the final bill was 1, 91, 615/- Rs. Shri C.M. Ahuja, Surveyor of Company have told me that the bill was sent to company according to the estimate given by the Work Shop. He has told me that the according to the estimate my bill/claim covered only 1, 40, 000/-. When I asked that what about for the Rs. 51, 000/- approx. He told me that this point has been the matter of Company. Finally company has paid only 92, 000/- approx.
