NO Cunnection After 15 Months

Have Applied for PNG cunnection In IGL Cheque Of 6000/- Given On Jan.

Now its April 11 Almost Over No Cunnection, No Cummnication, No Cummitment. When Calling in Customer Care No Date Cummitment, only "As Soon As possible We Will Give the Cunnection" Standard Cumment Every Time (already Called More then 10 times).

Saying if you need Refund Go delhi inderprest Headoffice.

I dont Know what to do... No System to Handle False Cummitments... Planning to Go Consumer Court After 15 Days...
