Dear Sir

i would like to draw your kind attention that i purchased hero honda pleasure from Morani motors, Tonk road Jaipur on 7th July.i am facing the strating trouble from the date of purchase. I have registered the complain to the dealer about the defect . i was told the battery has to be replaced. i did not get any positive response from the dealer.

i do not understand the company which has brand name in the market, their dealers are not listening the customers properly. you are requested to look into this matter and instruct the dealer to ractify the problem as early as possible so the faith of the customers can be maintained.

Hoping for favourable response in this regard.
