Gas cylinder delivery

We are the victims of Brindavan (INDANE) gas agency, BHEL (Medak Dist). We have been suffering every time when we book the gas. Currently holding the single connection, with which we are able to cook only alternative month due to gas delay by agency.

They never deliver on time and also very very poor response from them. The phone numbers are always engaged and if connected they will say that the gas will be delivered next day, but never responded back. Some time they say that the gas already delivered, which surprises us where it delivered.

Even if you visit personally the response is pathetic and also no staff member will feel responsible. This is the issue with many people around BHEL area, because I seen full of people always at this gas agency office with complaints.
