Irregularities in supply

Dear sir/ madam,

Subject: Black marketing in Gas cylinder supply in Indian gas (Ram Raja Gas service) at Jhansi.

I am customer of Ram Raja Indian Gas service Jhansi, having the customer no- R 1091. We customers have some bad experience regarding the irregularities in Gas supply. In the specific and precise words we say we do not only get the delivery of the cylinder very late (20-25 day after prior booking. ie 46 -51 days after the previous cylinder) but also have to pay Rs 350/- in normal booking and during emergency this amount reaches upto Rs 450/- in place of Rs 305. This Agency is keeping some smart cylinder supply boys those are very expert in doing such black marketing. In this cylinder supply group one person name is Mr Ram Babu. This person making more money through this malpractice.

This problem is very hard problem to solve from our side so we have put forward to your end to address it.

This problem we have already discussed to Agency holder but so far no action has been taken. So it request to you to look into the mater and take the necessary action.
