Supply short quantity of Gas in cylinder after booking

Dear Sir,

Always I get cylinder with short quantity of Gas after booking where as I pay for full cylinder even sometimes I got half quantity of gas in cylinder. I got no action from OP Agency and it is not possible for me every month to pick from godown. Eventhough I picked 2/3 times from godown. Tell me as a customer is it expected?
