Supply of Short quantity of gas in cylinde

Dear Sir,

This is my 1st reminder that I have booked a cylinder al most eight days before a half quantity of gas cylinder has brought a person in my house but I did not receive the cylinder and requested the person to give a full cylinder because haw can I receive a half cylinder for which I am paying full price. Till date no cylinder has been supplied by them repeatedly I am contacting with the delevery man named Vinod (Mob:9868406737) but he is telling me to complane to the office.
