I am a consumer of Indane Gas Service and my cust no. is HF-18562. There is very poor service of our Service provider. They have given the fascility of phone booking but there two telephone nos. 0172-2231785 and 01725097439 are always busy or not answering and after trying for more than a hour we can book the connection. There vendors are too much rude and refuses to give the sealed cylinders and on asking to weight the cylinder, they show us the way to aatta chakki to weigh it. I have booked my cylinder on 23-12-09 and my order no. was 8864 and I was given the delievery on 30-12-09 . I don't think it takes 7 days to give the cylinder.
