Non suuplying of cooking gas on time

Sir, My customer no. is 17524 . I have booked the gas cylinder with your "Poonam Gas Agency", Shakurpur Colony, Wazirpur, Delhi on 30.12.2009. Inspite of the 6 days over, the cylinder has not been suuplied to me till date. Whenever we call the agency over phone, the receptionist spaek very rudely and curtly and does not listen. When i enquire regarding the satuts today (05.01.2010), she told that it will take 2-3 more days. I am not able to understand how there is so much scarcity of cooking gas and the agency does not book the gas whenever required, it says that they shall book the gas only after expiry of 21 days, is it any defined rule of Indane.

I shall be highly obliged if you immediately look into the matter, otherwise there is no use of this compliant webite.
