Non-delivery of gas cylinde

My consumer number is 1786 and we have our Indane gas connection with M/s. Kunnukandathil Gas Service, Mallappally. We booked for a filled cylinder on the 7th of January. We have not so far received the filled cylinder. It is requested to kindly look into the issue and instruct the agency to deliver the cylinder today itself. Thank you.
