i am an indane gas customer, i had booked my gas cylinder 1 month before (16- feb - 2010) that has yet not reached my home, when we call at the boooking office they harshly spoke to women, and they are also not attending our call, they are irresponsible in their behaviour, such irresponsibilty leads to unsatisfaction of coustomer . please take a sudden action against it.and furnish me my request. detail of gas agency given below
