Pathetic service

iam one of customers of indane from last 5yrs, before coming to dehradun i never faced any problem, but in dehradun iam facing pathetic service of your gas agency EREKA GAS AGE. pandit wadi, people hired their are not professional at all and they even bother to reply on customer concerns.

i booked my gas a month back-on 16th Nov, connnection number-1631, i was forced to purchase cylender from black market due to delay in gas delievery and till date iam waiting for my gas cylender.iam getting torcher badly due to same, i visited several times at agency but resukt is nothing.

just because of this iam facing problem in my professional life as well as these people never picked their phones and we have to visit ageny every time.

i will wailt for next 48 hrs only in case of non-fullfilment i will force to launch complaint in consumer court agains agency and company as well.
