Delay of booking and Demanding ID proofs everytime

Sir myself a customer of Indane gas agency.. sir in our locality gulbarga one agent is their for Indane gas by name Shreyans Agency.. The peoples working their behaving very rude and they are asking the resident proof for me everytime i ask them sylincer. eventhough i have provided them many times still they are asking.. so it is my humble request to the concerned department to take action against that agency...
