Gas not received in 13 days

I booked the gas on 03 sep 2011 from Pantnagar gas service Pantnagar, U.S. Nagar (Uttrakhand), but as on 15.09.10, I have not received the cylinder yet.

Sir I am government servant my office time is 9.30 am to 5.30 pm so I can not go to for gas cylinder.

Agency not give home delivery

Pls look into this at the earliest and hoping that strict action will be taken against this complaint positively.
