Regulator not functioning

My consumer number is 4005.

My Gas Distributor name is SUPER GAS AGENCIES- Vadamadurai- Coimbatore.

My cylinder is not able to control through Regulator. i.e Stove can be torched while in off position the same was informed to our distributor by person and ask them to replace the regulator on 17.11.2011. Service personnel in their office not all hearing our request and refused to receive the written request and told service engineer will come to certify the regulator. Till date no body to come.

My wife met fire accident, but escape with very minimum injuries.

We request concern authorities, please look in to seriously and advise the distributor suitably and replace the regulator.
