Non delivery of cylinder (Refil) in time

Sir,

My domestic cooking gas Indane consumer no is 34443 and supplier is M/s Satyasheel Gas Service, Niranjanpur Dehradun. The supply is not satisfactory. I booked ythe refil on 13th Feb and the suplier says it was sent to my house on 18th Feb, but the house was liocked. Since then i am being given false assurances that it will be sent today/tomorrow but no result. I was very much in my house and it was not locked on 18th as stated. I feel some fishy transactions. The gas agency was recently raided by IOC, Vig as also by CBI team on complaint.
