Not delivering proper gas cylinde

My consumer number is 400 under the name Shelly Banga and our distributer is Arusikha (ph no:03323649973)[/U]

I have booked a refill of my gas cylinder from the number 9088324365.[/U]

First time when i booked, after a few days a message on my mobile that the gas cylinder has been delivered.

But when i called up my grandmother who lives there alone she said that it has not been delivered.

after that incident when i again made a booking on 27.2.12..ref no 278797[/U] i checked it again yesterday about the status of the booking and it said the cylinder has been delivered.

When i complained it to aurusikha, our Indane gas distributer[/U] they refused to help.[/U]

Before this incident also they once delivered an empty gas cylinder to her.

I would be really grateful if this forum solve this matter out because my old grandmother is really suffering of shortage of lpg gas.
