Delay in delivery

Dear sir this is syed sanjay pahwa from rohtak

I am having a Customer No. L13553 with the shree lakshmi ji indane gas Agency, and SV no is 41826560001866... and

phone no

0126229784 sheela bypass choke, sonipat road. rohtak.

I booked for Gas cylinder on 19.3.2012 with an assurance that the cylinder will

be delivered within 3-4 working days. But the same has not been

delivered till date.

I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around

the area.but they deliverd cylinder in my home on 12 .4.2012.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay . i did pone complain 8 times but They also do not respond

positively, please take immidiate action.
