Defective Cylinder Supplied

My Indane Gas consumer no is 23430 registered wth Karuna Gas Agency, Nagpur. I lodged a telephonic complain to the said delaer on 05.03.2010 at 11.00 AM regarding severe gas leakage from the cylinder, the complain was attended by the dealer at 04.30 PM knowing the seriouness of the complain which could have turned to be a serious accident.

Now I would like to ask the manufacturer why I should not be given a repalcement cylinder as the cause of leakage was due to defective safety washer which made the cylinder full empty.

It is very obviuus that the gas wiil not stop leaking from the cylinder to wait for Karuna Gas representative to attend the complain after 5.30 Hours
