I am a consumer of INDANE cooking gas under M/S Sharmila Indane Service, 24/1, B.T. Road, Agarpara, Tetultala, Kol- 700109, CODE- 217177, Ph. no.- 033-25838207/8. My consumer code is 1380. My complain is that the booking of gas through phone is not always possiable all time for me. But the delar is not entertaining me when I go to him for booking. He is refusing me harshly. The mobile is not available all time to my parents. So, when thy go to him for booking on behalf of me they directly refused them. so, is the booking through mobile mandatory? if not, kindly take necessary action. My e-mail& sisir1972@live.com.
