Indane cooking gas

I am a customer of M/S Gruha Sobha indane gas service, Chhend Rourkela. I inform to send gas on 14.12.09 but till now (Dt.8.01.10) I am not getting the gas. This is a regular incident for the last one year, they take minimum 20 days to supply the gas and cite that they have shortage of required stocks.
