Cylinder not delivered properly at right time

Dear Sir,

I have booked my gas cylinder on 12.10.2010 still my cylinder not delivered to my house. The person who is delivering the cylinder is telling that, he had put my cylinder to someone's house and showing my bill. I asked him why you did like this.

He was telling i will put cylinder when the next load comes. I said i will give complaint about this. For that he was telling you do whatever you can. He said the same reason to my neighbour also
