Estoring gas supply

I have a gas connection no. M14120 issued on 27 feb, 1997 by Manjot Gas agency Batala road. The vendor has ceased the gas supply for he wanted to recheck thee documents. I provided my voter id, pan card for the same but he refused to accept all the legal and authenticated documents. What i am supposed to do now.and where can i complaint and to whom. Is there any agency for consumer grievances for Indane where we can seek redressal..
