Non_delivery of cylinder on time

I Mrs. Usha sinha want to complain against indane gas agency.. i have booked on 21st of april and still i haven't got the delivery. I kindly request u to take action against this please make delivery as soon as possible. This is very shameful for the Indane gas agency and its workers. My receipt no. is 7363.My consumer no. is 25388.
