Inordinate delay in cylinder delivery

I am consumer of triveni gas agency at Gopalpura bypass Jaipur. My last cylinder was delivered on 11 Dec 11 and i want to book next gas cylinder. While booking gas cylinder, staff of gas agency told me that it will take more than 30 days to deliver the cylinder. I asked the reason, they told me that there is no reason, it is a routine and it will take more than 30 days. I asked them to give me Area manager Mr Dixit mobile number. They provided me Mr Dixit Mobile no. 9414040229. I tried to ring up to Mr Dixit through out day on 28 Dec 11 to inquire the reason for inordinate delivery of gas cylinder, but it was getting switched off through out day. May i know the reason? May i request IOC officials to comment on this complaint and if gas agency is doing something wrong, then please take necessary action against such gas agencies.
