Gas Cylinder not supplied within the specified time

My name is NAZEER & Gas Cosumer No. 12696, We had booked a gas cylinder on 5th Of March But the cylinder is not supplied till 21/04. I had asked the agency for more than 3 times over phone and myself went to the agency personally. but she said because of insufficient load they are avoiding some routs.

We are residing at Konchira near Kanyakulangara, Pothencode rout.and it is a main road not a byroad.

Please help me to get the cylinder as per seniority basis not according to the place
