Delivery of gas cylinde

I have booked Indane Gas reg No: 9873 on 01.04.2011 with Sri Shiridi Sai Gas Agency in Hastinapuram, Near B, N. Reddy Nagar, but as on today, ie., 21.04.2011 i have not received the cylinder. I am trying to reach them over phone Nos. 040-65555813/814 & 40-24244825 since then. The story repeats every time when I book the cylinder. I have to personally go to the agency and verbally book the gas. The agency staff doesnt pick up the phone call at all. Its continuously ringing but no one is bothered to pick the phone. Hundreds of people who is having their connections with this bloody agency, are suffering and standing in front of the agency on a daily basis. (Many of the customers I have seen are illiterate/elderly people) I have a strong doubt that these fellows are selling off the cylinders un-legally and taking long time in adjusting the cylinders, due to which many innocent customers are suffering by this. I strongly insist the government or concerned authorities to take stringent action against the agency and cancell his license from indane gas. I request the related authorities please look into it and understand the common man's problems.
