NEGLIGENCE OF SERVICE

Dear sir,

we have booked gas from tirumala gas agency located at gajuwaka visakhapatnam, these people dont lift calls even in emergency. they delivered a leaking cylinder we have logged complaint and asked them to immediately change the cylinder but they have failed to respond.since 3 days i am calling these people but

no one are taking action..dont know y these people doesnt take action even in emergency who will be resposible if anything happens wrong..kindly take action on them...
