Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!

Dear Sir

My father is a consumer having C.No-20354 of DubeyGas Service', 64 Ellora Enclave, Dayalbagh, Agra, 28 Ph-0562 -2801006 & 2800336, Uttar Pradash. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 22 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 01/09 but after elapsing 13days further, i enquired on 13/09/10 for my new refill personally. They said that another 05-06 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. That is lead time will stood as -22 days 13 6 = 41 days. It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 41 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.

please also note that they making the bill in back and supplying the cylinder after 15 to 18 days . i would also request the management to set up one man enquiry commission to get more details regarding unfair trade practice by the dealer.

yesterday i have lodged the complaint through this site only but no resond yet
