Delay in supply

Sir,

my gas consumer number is 4711.we have been booked before 2months.we hav'nt recieved the cylender yet.many times we called to the gas agencythey are telling that they have already given the order for gas delivery before many days.our gas supplier mr.puspan has'nt yet delivered to us.he is selling our gas to other people.both our cylinders are empty.what will we do sir?
