Delay in delivery of Gas

Dear Sir/madam,

My consumer no. is 5045. I booked the gas on 1st sept from Manu Flames, Meenu Huts, XIX/658 (1), Hill Road, Aluva. But as on 29th sept I haven't received the cylinder yet. When I contacted the concerned person he answered that I will get it last week.

My question is why there is such delay when in BLACK, people are geting it instantly by paying 500 rupees. and consumer has to suffer???

I request the concern authority of Indane gas agency to look into this matter and take necessary actions.
