Not timely supply of Cylinde

Dont know whether this compalint would reach the concern authorities or not, Im the customer of Indane Gas Aency Bindu Shati at Safilguda. Consumer No. 81112. When ever we book the cyliner we dont get it on time. And the reason the Agency gives is Door closed when my mom is home maker.

This agency is famous for selling the sylinder in black and they would chargr aroun Rs. 600 per cylinder. Are the authorities listening
