Delay in gas supply

We are the customer of Snehalata Indane Gas Agency, Angul, Orissa. The delivery system of this agency is very poor and we are coming from near about 15 kms. Several times we were returned with harassment. No person available in office and Whenever any customer book a refill they told that the waiting time is 15 days and if he can collect on his own, the refill is available within 1 or 2 days. When customers go to their premises they refuse the CNC and charge the home delivery amount. It seems that a planned game to avoid home delivery. My expectation is that either they should supply at home within 1 or 2 days. However, whenever we try to book for a refill connection neither they attained telephone nor any employee available physically in their office to give the necessary service.

It is therefore, requested that a suitable action may please be taken against the concerned supplier, so that consumer should get the service in time.
