Dear Sir,

I am a customer for Indaine Gas, my customer No.11724 with your Ayyanthole, Thrissur branch. I booked the cylender refill on 20th of Sept. That day they says that I have to wait for 35 days to get the refilled cylender. Today its the 35th day and when I went and asked about it then they says I will get it only after next week. When I asked up to which number you provided the refilled cylender they wont have any proper answer or records. Its happening long time. They even says if I want I can change the connection from Indian Oil to Bharath.

So please advise me what to do and were I should complain
