Indane Gas
Not able to reach the agency and my file entries are missing

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Tejaswi Colony Attapur Hyderabad. Since 2006 (Consumer no No 28598)., I am taking gas from Swapna Gas agencies. Every time since 6 years, I am facing difficulty in booking gas by Phone. Many time they wont turn up and deliver the gas.

Recently I have booked the gas through electronic system they installed and no is 5.(1.4.2011) As on today, I have not received the gas.

Most of the time they keep their phone engaged and non of the staff answers the call.

Major problem is since five years, I have been taking the gas every two months and my detail file is missing in the agency.(no entry)

Authorities are not responsible one as I have wrote earlier in the complain papers. Management is very bad and workers are selling the gas in black.

Please help me in this regard.
